Oxford, MS – March 27, 2025 — The Lafayette Career and Technical Center (LCTC) celebrated an exciting milestone on March 27 with the Oxford-Lafayette Chamber of Commerce Board members and staff, along with Lafayette County School District administration and LCTC staff for a special ribbon-cutting ceremony unveiling the center’s new name and sign.
The event highlighted the important role LCTC plays in shaping the futures of students in Lafayette County. Director Grant Crockett welcomed guests and provided a guided tour of the facility, showcasing the wide range of programs and classes offered at the center. Programs include health sciences, automotive repair, utility linemen training, and work-based learning opportunities, along with many more, each designed to equip students with practical skills and career-ready training.
